I purchased the heater in early September, and it was delivered by mid October to Canada -- without any additional costs beyond what I paid on this website. Mathieu has been a pleasure to deal with -- he updated me every step of the way. Shipping a Saunum into Canada is not easy, and hence why it took longer. The heater itself works great -- everything was as advertised. Would buy again!
